Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a license key has been delivered. However, we understand that issues can arise and we want to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Product Not Working: If the product fails to function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
Extended Downtime: If the product is unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) due to updates or maintenance.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind after purchase
Account bans in third-party games resulting from product use
Failure to follow setup instructions provided
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
Violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, open a support ticket on our Discord server with:
Your license key or order ID
Reason for the refund request
Any relevant screenshots or evidence
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and respond with a decision.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds may be issued in equivalent value.
Alternatives to Refunds
In many cases, we can resolve issues without a refund. Our support team may offer:

Extended subscription time for downtime compensation
